Question

How can I create an image with transparent background?

Answer

The only way to create an image with a transparent background is to start from scratch and draw what you want first. If you start by importing a photo first then the Flash Image Editor will think it is a photo therefore it will save a JPG image and the background will not be transparent. If you import your photo after you have started to draw other things then the Flash Image Editor will save a PNG file with a transparent background.
