INSTRUCTIONS: To begin using the free online image, picture and photo editor, first set the size you want the final image, picture or photo to be using the INFO panel at the top-right. On the top-right of the picture editor put the HEIGHT and WIDTH. Next look at the top of the image editor and you'll see IMAGE menu.  You can OPEN, LOAD or use your WEBCAM. On the TOOLS tab you can upload your images and go on from there. When you're finished press the BLUE FLOPPY DISK  in the TOOLBAR on the left to SAVE and DOWNLOAD.  Have fun using the free online image editor.
